  • How soon must I cancel my appointment?
    You must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. Cancellations can be phoned in to (412) 417-3802 or text to (330) 718-9821. We appreciate your understanding in the importance of providing adequate notice as soon as possible!
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
    Dusting Divas will consult with you regarding the products you need and prefer for us to do a PERFECT cleaning job at your home or business. Providing your own products and equipment helps us to meet your requests regarding cleaning products, and providing your own equipment helps us to reduce cross-contamination among clients. Please call us for an onsite consultation and a free qoute to discuss further!
  • Do you wash windows?
    We always clean the inside of windows, and we can discuss the cleaning of exteriors. Some deep cleaning projects can include window washing. Speak with your Dusting Diva for more information specific to your home or business!
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • How much does it cost for a consultation?
    Nothing! We provide free qoutes and onsite consultations in order to create a personalized and PERFECT cleaning schedule and service for your needs!
  • Do you work with homes with pets?
    Yes! We love our pets, and we will love yours, too! We only use nontoxic products for floor cleaning and will take other considerations that you prefer or recommend. Please notify us at your consultation if there are pets in the home and what special needs or precautions we should take to accomodate them.
  • How much do the cleaning services cost?
    Pricing is based on the scope of the work. We can usually offer a price just by talking with you and going over your personal requirements when it comes to cleaning.
  • Do I need to be home during the service appointment?
    Definitely not necessary. Wait until you see how clean everything looks when you return home.
  • Are you bonded and insured?
    Yes our company is bonded and insured. Proof of insurance is always available upon request.
  • Do I have to have Dusting Divas come regularly or can I have a one-time cleaning service appointment?
    While we would love to make your home sparkle on a regular schedule, we definitely take one-time, as needed cleaning service appointments as well! Whatever services you need, we can accomodate you.
